- Unused credits may be eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase.
- Partially used credit packs are not eligible for refunds.

- Accounts that have been terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service
- Any promotional or discounted purchases, unless otherwise stated

- Partial Refunds: In some cases, a partial refund may be offered based on the usage of the service.

- Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
